The position of a teacher should continue to be as it was in the old times when the students used to obey their teachers as fathers. Real love, in all of its thorny, bloody, thrilling and complicated incarnations, with a man who I have not been able to shake. And this DAVID BANNER - 'PLAY' | FLY | US/CANADA: REVIEWS influence is great and can be seen in funding policies, the outreach and education programmes of major institutions, changes in official cultural policy and the developing local government art strategies. This issue was particularly pertinent in my career as I served in the water sector for nine long years in course of which the Farakka Issue repeatedly came up for resolution. Initially the aim of our outreach work is to stimulate an interest in music at any level, not necessarily for the individual to go into performance or join the orchestra, but just so that they, as individuals, can experience the joys and benefits of music.
