A Member who has been suspended as per subsection 1 will be reinstated without penalty upon full payment of dues in arrears. There are three exceptions a photographs b portraits c engravings If someone commissions one of these, the copyright is owned by the commissioner. Once again, we are very sorry for the delay to this service. A Member who is unable to attend a Rehearsal is expected to advise the applicable section principal or the Personnel Director of his or her inability to attend the Rehearsal.
